If you are doing more chain piecing (and you should be), this gadget is indispensible. With its rubber grip bottom, the cutter stands, nice and stable, next to your machine allowing you to safely cut chained pieces. No more reaching for scissors, now you hold the fabric in both hands and slip the 'chain' into the slot on top of the Gizmo. You'll be amazed at how quickly you can separate your chains and get back to sewing. The cutting blade can be replaced with a standard safety razor blade. Replacement blades are not included.
