Create a miniature landscape quilt using layering and topstitching techniques. You'll work by machine but with a relaxed attitude letting free-flowing designs rule the day. It is amazing how juxtapositioning of fabric color and textures can suggest lanscape features. Bring a photo to use as a model if you have one. You may end up with more than one composition by the end of class.
Minimal sewing experience needed. Required book: Accidental Landscapes by Karen Eckmeier.
